Pretty much what the title says. I used to use Quicktime Player Pro, but it was one of the many casualties from the Catalina upgrade. Not seeing anything in the App Store. Google just gives countless pages of crapware trying to sell you stuff. iMovie wants to recompress, unless I'm just doing it wrong.

Thanks. I have tried that one before. I'm really looking for something with a GUI. I'm not afraid to spend some money to do it.
FF-works is a paid GUI frontend for FFMpeg, it might do what you need it to. It has a few free conversions built in so you should be able to tinker around and see if it can join multiple files.

That will work. It took a bit of interpretation, but it will do it. The merges are a little sketchy, but will play in VLC. Thanks. Well worth $23.
