Cyberduck or Fubu?

Is it possible to use Cyberduck to connect to my appletv? i can connect with Fubu but it is pretty slow. i installed the skype plugin and when i had to copy the skype.app to the appletv hdd it took hours. cn't be normal, or?

i hope that cyberduck or any other sftp prog can do it faster...
