Cyberduck question

Ok i tried cyberduck last night and it worked fine but when i tried it this morning it doesnt work it says "connection refused"...my school's wifi was some restrictions on it like it wont let you connect when using limewire and things like that, do you think the restrictions are working with cyberduck now or im doing something wrong

Ok so i tried it with 2 different wifi's and cyberduck still wont connect...does apptapp mess with wifi or something? I tired downloading a whole new cyberduck, updating cyberduck, reinstalling the BSD subsytem..nothing works...am i going to have to restore my iphone?

:edit: General when you told me to create a network, what channel do i choose? Theres 1-11 on my computer and so far 11, 1, and 2 dont work
