Okay, so today I jumped off an 80 foot cliff into water and my friend recorded it on my phone using cycorder. Only problem is I ran out of memory while he was recording it, probably cause it took so damn long for me to get the balls to jump, but anyway I am getting an error saying "This movie format is not supported." Anyone know how to fix it...My butt hurts way to much to do it again. :p

lol, What exactly are you wanting to do with it?

When I take video I SSH in and drop the vids on my desktop.

Is this what you are wanting to know?

That sucks, dude. I've ran into the same problem several times myself... you take a video on cycorder and once you stop recording it gets stuck in "finalizing" mode and you end up with a video file that can't be played. Havent been able to play these files either on the phone or once I transfer to my laptop. I'd say your best shot is sucking it up and making the jump once more. Just tell your friend to bring a real camcorder this time...or better yet, an iphone 3GS!!

Ya, I was afraid of that. I don't think I'll be jumping off that again for awhile tho. Thanks for your help.

The movie format is not supported

I have jailbroken iPhone 3G Version 3.0 with Modem Firmware 04.26.08. I recorded a hot video (hidden cam) using Cycorder and when I tried to play it, I got the message saying "this movie format is not supported". Does anyone have a clue as to how to fix it? I did download the file using iPhoneBrowser and got the same error message when i tried to open it on my laptop. I had no problem before this upgrade. My chances of remaking the video with my iPhone are far better than Macgic, but I cannot use a real camcorder and I am not eligible for 3GS upgrade!
