Can't guarantee anything here, but worth a shot.

Get iFile to make this easier...

Go to your /var/mobile/Media/Videos folder where your cycorder videos are. Copy the one you want to send to /var/mobile/Media/DCIM/101APPLE/ and paste it there.

Now rename the file to IMG_9001.MOV (NOTE that it's ALL CAPS).

Open up Camera roll and you should see it there. Now try to send it.

UPDATE:
AAAAAnd doesn't work... It shows up in Camera Roll but when trying to share the video or add it to an MMS, it doesn't work. I even tried trimming the video and saving it as a new clip.

Anyone with a 3Gs try this.

I'd be curious to find out if a JB 3Gs user can send a video using the natively recorded video.

Maybe we could ask cycorder for an update.

I have read a couple of posts about MMS'ing video but they complain the quality is terrible (obviously after it is downgraded for MMS)

So it is available for 3GS

Theres an app on Cydia that allows you to take videos recorded from Cycorder and for you to add them to your Camera roll!! Then you can send them as MMS and edit them too:) I believe the app is called Video Mover or something like that.

video edit isn't available but the toggle is?

Strange. Anyone have the deb file to install it?

I think the app in Cydia is called "PPVideoEnabler" (in ModMyi.com source) You may have to install a free app in the App store called Pixelpipe along with it to make it work.

Yea, PPVideo is a great app, allows .mov files to be directly upload from iPhone via PixelPipe and downloads them automatically into iPhoto....

but, as far as I can see, doesn't make them show up in Camera Roll so they are selectable for MMS.

Note: I have had PPVideo enabled for months, MMS for a bout a week, and my Cycorder videos have not been selectable in Camera Roll.

Wait........ cant you just go into the filesystem, by using iFile or something, then find the video, copy and paste the video to the camera roll path. Then the video should be in camera roll now, available for mms option to send it. Right???

Ok! Heres how you do it. It is not 100% tested yet but I'm pretty sure it will work.

Okay first follow these steps... http://hsenag.info/how-to-install-video-editing-toggle-in-iphone/

Then when you make a video make sure the toggle is on. It requires a respring.

Make sure when you send the video you send it from the camera roll.

Do not try to send it from the messages app. In the screen shot here the first few videos is me attempting them from the messages app and it does not work. *Notice these didn't go thru because I didnt have service. but there was a few before that, that were successful but they only had audio to the recipient.

See how that works.

*Obviously I cant test it 100% because I have no service....

Note: In the "Take Photo or Video" screen shot I am just pointing out that, that is how you know when the toggle is ON. That must show up in order for your videos to show up in "camera roll"

yup...email saurik requesting this guys!!

He knows. He's working on getting it to show in the Camera Roll already. Busy guy though. :D I'm sure we'll see some solution. Sending video is low on my wish list though. :D

EDIT:

And really people? Do you not read what's posted in posts above you?

You can't just move the files to Camera Roll, you have to move and rename like I said. I already tested this and emailed Saurik. He's already working on something. This does NOT allow you to send a file via MMS though. Also PPVenabler lets you upload your cycorder videos to Youtube but NOT send them in MMS or see them in the Camera Roll (unless you do what I said above)

There is the Video Mover Toggle that lets you do something similar to what I did manually (it does the renaming and everything and then basically tells your phone it's a 3Gs so it gets video editing and ability to attach to MMS) but it also DISABLES the camera while you are doing this. So you can't view your videos in Camera Roll and take pictures. So it's a Toggle.

That's the extent of the solutions at the moment.

That's kind of what ViViDboarder suggested in post #2.

 I don't think people come here to read. ;)

In fact I suggested EXACTLY this, but with the added steps to make it work and without speculation. I even said that I used iFile.

Ohhhh, mabey that's why I thought of that. Haha. Sorry bout that!
