Cydia and Pangu App not Opening in Safe Boot or Regular Mode

Hey everyone, so everything was going fine with my 9.3.3 JB on iphone SE until I installed a tweak called Blurlock. Installed blurlock it wasn't to my liking so I uninstalled it using cydia. However, upon respringing after uninstalling the effects of the tweak were still there so I decided to restart and rejailbreak.

However, the neither cydia nor pangu app opens they crash. So I can't get back in JB mode.

Does anyone have any idea what to do?

Re-install the Pangu app or the Chinese version. You might need to resign the app before installing it, using Cydia Impactor.

Hey thanks for the reply. I rejailbroke using my laptop and cydia impactor. Everything is ok now. Thanks.
