Cydia app - Can't remember the name..

You swipe across the bottom and it shows running apps and you can even set 4 favorite apps. It has multiple swipe gestures.. up, down, across, short, long, etc. I think it's a pay app, but i can't remember the name. Anyone know what i mean? Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

How can you swipe across the bottom that's where the dock is

maybe your talkin about sbsettings?

It has a dock where you can put 12 apps
