Cydia apps - one purchase for several phones in a family?

On the official app store, if I buy an app my wife can use it too, without having to pay again (indeed, this is now built into itunes 9). Is the same true of Cydia apps - e.g. if I buy Lockinfo, can she use it too, or will she need to pay again?

You can use most apps on only one phone at a time.
