Cydia apps working on 3gs with 3.1.2

I JB my 3gs today with 3.1.2

I'm kinda a noob at this however... I added winterboard and a couple of other apps. I also downloaded some themes (keyboard, font, etc) and when I "enable" them in winterboard, they don't seem to work.

Will certain themes and apps not work with 3.1.2? I've tried a couple of different apps such as supreme preferences and it tells me that i need firmware <3.0 and can't download it.

Keyboard themes have not worked with Winterboard since 3.0 firmware.

Fonts must be installed with Fontswap available thru Cydia.
