I JB the other night, and set Cydia in my dock using Boss prefs, now I had to restore and just JB again, and of course only the Installer app is showing on my iPhone, I selected to installed both Cydia and Installer when I ran Quickpwn.

How do I go about getting Cydia back? Can you install Boss prefs using installer?

Thanks all :)

Can anyone help me out please? After doing a restore evrything went back to how it was but for some reason the Boss perfs didnt.

Right guys, this is doing my head in....please help.

Managed to find bossperfs - http://rapidshare.com/files/143284996/BossPrefs.zip.html

now how do I install it using SSH?

Please give me some help :)

Unzip the file so that you have the folder called BossPrefs which contains a folder called BossPrefs.app. SSH into your phone, go to /Applications, and copy the folder BossPrefs.app (and all of its contents) into /Applications. Be sure that permissions are set to 755, reboot, and you should see BossPrefs. Use it to access Cydia!

Thanks for replying.

Copy bossprefs into this folder?

I set the permissions are set to 755, tried rebooting still not showing on my springboard. Hhmmmmm, I used poof to hide Cydia and poof is in Bossperfs also tried the above with poof and that didnt work either. This is so annoying!
