Cydia broken, no ifile, no openssh. need to restore..help

Hi

Just helping out a friend who has an iPhone 3G 3.1.2 who's cydia keeps crashing on the loading screen, she has no ifile installed, no openshh. Was not jailbroken by blackra1n.

I take it the only way to fix this is to now restore. What do I need to do to restore? I think she has shsh's on file. Can someone point in the right direction to restore and rejailbreak.

Just a long shot, but does she have Rock App installed on her phone? I was having trouble purchasing Cydia apps earlier this week so I uninstalled Cydia and then re-installed it via Rock App just like I would any other package. Works like a charm now.
