Cydia constantly downloading packages

Whenever I start up Cydia, everything loads ok, but the message at the top left continually says "Downloading Packages".

I've left it for ages now but it is still the same.

Any ideas?

Got it. Delete the RupertGee something source from your repos and all is well.
