iPhone CYDIA crash after JB 9.3.3

Hi, this is what I have been doing:

0. JB
1. Open Cydia, it crashes.
2. Open PP app, hit the blue circle.
3. Hit the on/ off button
4. The phone "restarts (?)" and when come back I get a PP notification.
5. Then the Phone "restarts" (?) again.
6. Open Cydia by myself but it crashes all over again.

This is the correct procedure to reJailbreak? Or I am missing something?

Can I use the unJB tool from my pc directly or I need Cydia to do it?

Thanks for the help you can provide.
