I know another crash thread. I've looked everywhere on a fix and have followed all reinstall tutorials. So here is my problem..

This all started when I was looking at files in ifile, trying to find UIKits for tweaks. I don't believe I changed or deleted anything. I would remember. I'm pretty tech savvy, but this has me in a slump. After browsing in ifile I tried opening Cydia and it instantly crashes. So I entered into safe mode. Cydia loads. I removed the last 3 app tweaks I installed since it last worked. Rebooted and still nothing, it instantly crashes. Everything else works though. So I entered safe mode again to download crash reporter to see what the cause is. Once again Cydia or crash reporter crash instantly. Safe mode again, both open normally. I see the problem being a apr-lib file I believe. Here are the images that may give some help. Anything would be greatly appreciated.

I do not want to have to restore/re jailbreak if at all possible. Not sure if iOS 9.0.2 is still being signed at the moment either.

I think you better restore ASAP, AFAIK 9.0.2 still available at this moment. If you insist to spend time on "fixing" the problem rather than skip it, once 9.0.2 close, you may be stuck.
