Cydia has no files

I'm on the verge of insanity. So I recently did a Pangu Jailbreak but the video I watched failed to tell me to close out of airplane mode after everything was completed. When I open cydia it tells me it can't load files. I researched this and was directed to go to iFunbox but I am currently locked. The only way to fix that is if I have cydia working properly which it is not. Now I'm told to restore but I only have the option to upgrade to 9.2 resulting in the complete loss of jailbreak. I am desperate and willing to try anything now. Thanks

Try connecting to WiFi and reloading Cydia. It tends to load nothing when you first launch it if you're on cellular. If that doesn't work, reset the phone and try again over WiFi.
