iPhone Cydia icon has disappeared!

Went into Cydia. Deleted the 'Additional Languages' package (was trying to free up space on my phone). Phone crashed. I reset it. Seems to be behaving normally in every way but Cydia icon has disappeared.

Please help :-(

Hi I using 4s and 5.1.1
And I also have install openssh.
So please advice
