i have just jailbroken my iPhone 3g from Softbank, can anybody please provide me with the list of Cydia's MUST HAVE APPLICATIONS


Also plz share your favorite iPhone Applications

Mine are Winterboard, Video Recording, Snapture and MxTube.

Is there anyway to lock your photos in iPhone?
Any Specific application for this purpose??

Sure does. It also allows you to add HTML elements to the background (like a working clock, weather widget, etc) as well as allowing you to change other graphics files (like sliders, etc) ... It is FAR more versatile and powerful than Summerboard ever was. ;)
 
Do you have aim?

I've been trying to figure out how to change the slider bar, background wallpaper, ect. :).

I used winterboard on my touch when I had one, but I never really saw any options for those customizations you're talking about.

I'm getting my iPhone in a few more weeks :p. So I want to be prepared.

Nah, I'm not really into IM ... But I'd be happy to post one of my themes when I get home so you can see the file structure. :)
 
ya i also wanna know how to customize your themes using winterboard as i cant see any options in winterboard except a few like Use Wallpaper, Solid Bars etc

Google is your friend! Have you tried looking it up there? That's how I learned about WinterBoard, so I know for a fact there's a lot of information out there! The developer of Cydia and WinterBoard has quite a bit of information on his site too, IIRC ... ;)
 
go to mactheme.com to learn about themes.

as for apps, intelliscreen and wifi toggle. info on your lock screen and one touch wifi on/off.
