Cydia Issues

I pwned my iphone today.

I ran Cydia and now have the folloowing issues;

1. I tried to run the logo fix and cydia did not complete giving me a "Error Coundnt configure pre-depend dpkg for ncurses, probably a dependency cycle" error

2. At the Cydia home screen a red warning is now displayed saying that "You copy of Cydia does not know what version it is, itself, running.

Can anyone help me to fix these issues?

I would start by re-installing Cydia via the manage tab. I've actually been having some trouble with Cydia today as well (failure to load) but I've never seen anything like what you're describing.
