Hey everyone!
I had to restore my iphone 3gs and when I went to jailbreak it again cydia does not show up on the springboard.
- I have restored it back to factory settings (firmware 3.0)
- Used redsn0w 0.8 (followed the instructions just like last time it was jailbroken)
- used several 3.0 ipsw
- and yes i checked the cydia option
I have done this 6x now and cydia still will not show up on my springboard. I have downloaded redsn0w again, got another 3.0 ipsw and still cydia will not show up on my springboard even though redsn0w indicates that it was successfully jailbroken.
I have jailbroken the ipod touch with no issues same with my old 3G. I had already jailbroken this 3G S, but i had to wipe it. I am totally stumped as to what the cause of this or where to go from here.
If anyone has had this problem and or has a solution please let me know what you did...
Thanks everyone!
Peace
Phil
