iPhone Cydia problem: blank pages

All of a sudden I am getting blank pages instead of any package details in Cydia:

Anyone esle with this issue?

I tried rebooting. Not sure how to try in safe mode and how that's supposed to fix this...

I deleted all the files in the cydia cache folder via ssh on my iPad 1 to fix the same problem. I can't remember what folder that is and I'm not in front of my jail broken device right now to look for it. I also did not find the folder name through a quick google search.
