Cydia Problem

Hi i just jailbroken my iPhone 3G using Quickpwn on Windows. Anyway, when i click on Cydia it says there is one essential update available to i press confirm. But then it comes up with:

"Source Error
NetDB: cache.saurik.com
nodename nor servname provided,
or not known"

It also comes up with this error message every time i try to download anything off Cydia. Do i need to add a new source or something? Also, is there a good list of sources for Cydia and Installer?

Its probably just a bad source or a very old one. Just look up "cydia sources" on google and there shoulde multiple lists of sources
