iPod touch Cydia Queue trying to remove locally installed packages

This is my first post here so...

I found a .deb file for bytafont online that was compatible with iOS 4.2.1 so I put it in the var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall folder for it to show up on cydia. Everything seems fine, except cydia identifies it as unknown, and on my queue cydia wants to install it. Is there a way to make cydia will clear the queue so it won't uninstall the bytafont I have?

(iPod Touch 2G MB model, iOS 4.2.1)
