iPhone cydia sub process error (2) URGENT HELP NEEDED

I just jailbroke by iPhone5s via the PanGu jailbreak. I have ios 7.1.1. I cant install any tweaks or even delete the cydia installer so that I can re-download cydia. I get an error saying "sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)" can anyone tell me what to do? please tell me what to do fast!!!!!

The only real solution is to restore and re-jailbreak.
It's most likely caused by jailbreaking an Over-the-Air updated version.
