Cydia substrate gone

Hi so I jailbreaked my phone on the 21st and it has been work great and then today I downloaded an app that made Cydia crash and when I would click on the icon it would just take me to a blank screen so I thought I could fix it and I deleted the Cyrus substrate using ifile after doing that my iPhone hasn't been able to download anything I won't let me uninstall Cydia or rejailbreak my phone please someone help meeeee!

You shouldn't have done that. I wrote up a guide that can fix almost any issue you have. Its the 2nd sticky. Look for the section about booting up into no substrate mode. That will help you fix Cydia. Don't worry though since Cydia substrate isn't required for your jailbreak to work. Definitely don't restore as 9.0.2 is no longer signed so you won't be able to jailbreak again.
