iPhone Cydia Tweaks Recommendation

It's been a couple of years since I've been in the jailbreaking scene (took a break to check out Android). Can someone make any recommendations for tweaks that actually work on the latest pangu jailbreak, ios 8.1? Also if you can list what the tweak does, it would be extremely helpful for this newbie!
