Was dowloading pushdoctor on cydia. It froze. After a long time I went out of cydia by double clicking home button and switching apps. When i went back to cydia it was still on the same screen then I closed cydia and then went back into it said you have a problem which needs to be manually fixed. Then it wouldnt load. I can still use my phone but can I switch it off and on again. WIll there be any problems

just restart the phone, afterwards open Cydia and it will probably come up with the fix message again, remove and restart.
