iPhone Cydia wont open

started with fresh install and JB went perfectly. Cydia app is on device but tapping it opens and shuts it (nothing ever connects)....what would cause this?

You might need to restore first.

You'll need to go thru the jailbreak process again.

To clarify, I did a fresh install and then restored backup after JB'ing. I'll need to do all of that again or just run the JB software at this point?

If you did a full restore, then yes, all you need now is to JB again.

Tried that but it wouldnt let me JB again....I restored from scratch once more and now the restore doesnt look like it's redownloading all of the apps (even though it says it's in the middle of a restore)....jeeez.
