iPhone Cylay Features Don't Work

I just downloaded and purchased a two device licence for Cylay, I heard a lot of people give it good recommendations. Upon installing it and messing around with some features I'd love to have, I find they don't work. To be specific, the fake shutdown feature, passcode fail photo feature, and the display message feature. None of these work and I am sure if I were to try more I'd find that most of them didn't work. Any idea on how I can fix this? iOS 7 iPhone 5, Cylay is up to date.

Edit: Not to mention their customer support representatives are speaking in broken english. I've been emailing them for around 3 days now with no fixes.
