I'm running Cm10 on a Galaxy S3. Is there anyway to take Panorama photos on here?

Download another camera app like camera+

If you go into the Camera app, at the bottom left, there's the option to switch between video, camera, and panorama.

Hit the settings in the camera app and under Shooting Mode choose Panorama.
