Hello, we would like to present you our new (and first) app for macOS: CZIP X.

This app can create encrypted archives of files by using state-of-the-art encryption and hashing algorithms like BlowFish, TwoFish, Rijndael/AES and SHAKE-256.

CZIP X doesn't just encrypt files into archives but it allows to add extra layers of protection because it offers the following features:
  • it can create self-locking/self-erasing archives (after 3 failed attempts to decrypt the archive, the contents are either locked or permanently destroyed);
  • it can create non-shareable archives that can be decrypted only in the same device that's been used to generate them (e.g.: you can't decrypt a Mac-generated archive in a Windows PC, even if you know the right passphrase);
  • it can generate a QR-code that the user may use to let someone decrypt an archive without telling the passphrase directly...
  • and it can decrypt archives by scanning a QR-code made by CZIP X itself;
  • it can delete/wipe the files being encrypted.
CZIP X is available also for Android and Windows 10 at the same price ($0.99), and the Linux edition is free. Also, an iOS version will be available later this year.

The macOS edition is available in the Mac App Store: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/czip-x/id1315013054

Until May 30, CZIP X is available for free.

Thank you!
