I'm a sales rep for a Civil Construction Supplier. I need an app to keep a log of my
daily email an phone conversations with clients. Something with time, date and subject
of conversation. Sometimes I need to look back on the subject matter of a previous conversation or email.
Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like a customer relationship manager (CRM) would be what you're looking for.

A company I worked with for a couple years utilized Daylite as a CRM and seemed pretty happy with it. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 is also a decent web-based solution, though it can be a bit confusing for some users at first. There are a lot of different CRM solutions out there, as well.

Thanks Shadow, our company already uses a salesforce program (CRM). I'm looking for a lighter version CRM for my personal use, out of corporate hands until my leads become actual clients. An app for ipad or iphone would be perfect.
I'm on the road a lot, so a cloud-based one would work also.

I use outlook to keep all my emails (searchable) for the past 10 years and outlook contacts for notes and contact info - the outlook categories are useful to sort different types of customers and contacts. also keep a iCloud Drive folder with a sub folder for each client for any special archive items like quotes and documents, notes etc.

works for me
