I'm trying to replicate or setup a similar setup from my work in my home office.
Work setup is 4x portrait dell 24" 1080p monitors.

I have a 2016 15" Macbook pro with the Radeon 455

My understanding is that I can run multiple Dell P2417H as they are DP1.2 capable using MST or daisy chained off my Macbook. Am I right? If so how many can I run. The minimum I would need is 3 with the Macbook closed. 4 would be great if possible.

I'm running windows on bootcamp and only need to be able to daisy chain on there and if it works on MacOS or not doesn't worry me.

What connection / adapter do I need to run from the mac to the first monitor? Can I get away with using just 1 USB-C port or will I need to use 2?

Is anyone doing something similar?
