Hi guys. I've been looking for a way to tint my iOS to a "dark" theme. Accentify doesn't seem to work on iOS 7 and emphasize only tints buttons. Winterboard doesn't work yet and I don't know what my options are.

Basically what I want is a way to tint my iOS to a dark color similar to what Safari looks like when it is on private mode. (Please don't suggest turning on inverted colors, it looks awful lol)

Thank you for your time!

Edit - Forgot to say I'm obviously jailbroken on iOS 7.0.4

I would just wait for a tweak to come out.

This idea is a popular one and I'm sure somebody somewhere is working on it.

There were two tweaks that did EXACTLY this on iOS 6. I'm sure at least one of them will be updated for iOS 7. Ryan Petrich had one on his repo and there was another one as well. I think one was called Ephasize. I absolutely LOVED it because I am not a themer, bit it was a beautiful subtle tint you could add across the entire UI.

I loved the blackish gray tint. Looked incredible. I bet the other more colorful options will look even better on iOS 7 than they did on iOS 6.

Anyways, hopefully one, or both, of these tweaks gets the 7.x treatment! :)

Edit: I am a complete moron. I just re-read your post and realized you already mentioned both of the tweaks I had in mind hahaha. Whoops! Hey, you could always turn on inverted colors! Haha

I think color profiles is what you're looking for, but doubt it's ready for iOS 7

Thanks for the tip, flatline. Haha.

Do any of you guys know, by any chance, how to manually alter the color of the top and bottom application bars across the whole OS UI?

go to accessiblility settings and turn on that contrast mode thingy and your screen will turn black. Not a perfect fix but it is close enough
