Hey everyone ..

I purchased the Dark Knight from iTunes today ..

and.. While the movie plays fine on my Macbook..

There is some distortion with the video on the iPhone ..

You'll see noticeable squares forming in dark areas and during fast movements

Anyone else having this problem or even noticed this ?

Dont worry that is just caused by crappy quality of the movie. I have the same problem. Also it dark regions of the movie those squares will show up cause the iphone can make out such detail

I have the same problem.
I took a screenshot and when i viewed the screenshot on my iPhone I could clearly see the squares (even when zooming in) but when I transfered the screenshot over to my computer the squares wheren't there.

That does not seem normal to me.

Probably because your computer has better "true black," displays more colors, and has a different calibration than your iPhone does.... (I'm sure they're "there" -- just use Photoshop to change the contrast and you'll be able to see them).

I did that. I can see the pixelated black on some of the screenshots now, but not on all of them.
Do you thin the squares are due to the bad quality of the movie (House S5E3 iTunes Store?)
