All Devices Dark mode on apps

Don’t know if this was asked before. Can all apps like third party be in dark mode? Or they have to be enabled by the developer ? Ex Facebook Instagram etc. don’t like the white screen blasting to my eyes all the time.

Must be enabled by the developer. There's a sticky in this subforum for apps updated to support iOS 13 features such as Dark Mode so you can check for which apps have been updated.

facebook and instagram will probably be late to the party on getting dark mode. took forever just to get facebook to update for ipad and instagram there still is no ipad version.
