Just bought it thinking there would be a homescreen widget. There's not. Ok, hopefully one will come soon. The bigger questions is, is there no future precipitation radar beyond the one hour or so one?

No widget yet but can be added to the Today view. The radar is one hour, yup. I rely on the full day hourly view though and in my region, it's very accurate.

Ahh... I like a decent future radar. The one hour window doesn't really do it for me. If you've used Carrot, how does that compare future radar wise?

That will probably not happen since Apple bought Dark Sky so they will probably use the features and know-how of Dark Sky in their own Apple Weather app and after a while we will probably see Dark Sky to close down.
You might want to look for alternatives such as Carrot Weather, Forecast Bar, Hello Weather (not yet iOS14 widget), Partly Sunny (not yet iOS14 widget).

Actually I'm hoping that Apple simply blesses the Dark Sky app as the official Apple weather app, and does away with its own weather app.

That would not be a bad move... but alas, Apple has already started putting some of the Dark Sky stuff into their native weather app... I strongly suspect that will remain their direction.

Errr...I bought this and it’s a bit crap. Was expecting a bit more from this as it’s an Apple paid app. It’s got a watch app and complication. But no iOS 14 widget.
