iPhone dashboard X and sbsettings (or NCsettings..)

how do i get a bar on the homescreen showing the toggles from either sbsettings or NCsettings? saw it on someone's homescreen pic on the forum, but can't find that.

anyone know how to do this? thanx

Step 1 - Download NCSettings
Step 2 - Download Dashboard X
Step 3 - Hold down your finger on your home screen and select the widget you want

i'm missing something...how do ncsettings (ie airplane, bluetooth) become widgets? there are NO widgets in my dashboard X app...

If you have both of those two downloaded then when you hold your finger on the homescreen you will see a popup asking you which widget you want on your homescreen of all the available options.
