Hi!

I am finally ready to get the iPhone. Before I do, I need to figure out how to quickly load my contacts and calendar data onto the iPhone. My problem is that my contact and calendar data, currently stored in Outlook, is maintained on my office PC. And, you guessed it, I am not permitted to download any non-approved software applications (iTunes) onto my office PC.

So, I am looking for a relatively easy method of extracting (if I export, then what data format?) my contact and calendar data from Outlook on my office PC, emailing that data file(s) on a periodic basis (perhaps monthly) to my home email address, downloading that file(s) onto my MacBook Pro, and then I guess importing the contact and calendar data into Address Book and iCal for eventual upload onto a new iPhone.

Thank you

Well if you choose export in outlook it gives you a choice of formats.

I don't have a Mac, but I guess if you choose import on your Mac you will also have a choice of formats.

Choose one that matches.
