Hey all,

A couple years ago, I was backing up an external APFS drive, when it corrupted itself (yeah, seriously... lol).

At the time, there were no APFS recovery tools that I could find (apparently Apple hadn't released sufficient technical documentation about how APFS worked?).

I've been keeping an eye out for a good data recovery tool ever since.

I tried Hetman (for Windows) recently, and although it's able to find many of the files, it doesn't seem to be able to recover the file paths/containers.

Primarily I'm looking to recover my Photos library. It would be ideal if I didn't have to do that manually, all while losing the dates the photos were added.

Do you all have any recommendations for software that can do that I'm looking for? i.e. find not only the files, but the file paths also? Or possibly just repair the volume?

Pics attached.

Thanks all.
