I need some help. I just had my unlocked iPhone updated to a new version of software and now when I turn it on it starts using data roaming even though it is turned off in my settings. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I need help before I go broke!!

Do a full restore of the phone, make sure data roaming is turned off, then rejailbreak your phone.
