iMac Pro Data transfer from iMac Mid 2010 to iMac Pro

Hello,

What is the best cable to connect one iMac Mid 2010 (USB 2 and FireWire 800 ports) and one iMac Pro (USB 3 and Thunderbolt 3) ?

Ideally, I would love to use "Target Mode" from the old iMac but not quite sure this is possible...
Looking to transfer partial data (no Time Machine).

quite possibly it's gigabit ethernet... In any case, it's probably the cheapest, as no special dongle is needed.
