Can I use the $15 plan for 3g instead of the $30 plan because I'm using the sim card from my lg vu, or do I have to get the one for the smart phones? I am using a iPhone 3G on 3.0, it is jailbroken and unlocked, and I am using an AT&T sim card.

They will know and change your plan accordingly. Sorry, not really a way around it. If there was I'm sure more people would be doing it.
