A few of my apps are using a significant amount of data and i'm not sure what exactly they are doing.

Is there an app I can download that will give me a breakdown/history of each apps' individual usage? I'm talking more detailed than the usage statistics under Setting > Cellular.

Thanks in advance.

Other 3rd party apps can't really monitor other apps.

As said above, you're not going to find that in the app store.

Check Settings>General>Background App Refresh to see what's going on in the background. If you're using massive amounts on data from applications you're barely using, then I suggest either turning off background app refresh for those applications and or disallowing them to use data outside of wifi.
