Database management for subscription website

Hi

Has anyone used Profile Manager Premium 4.0 http://www.interlogy.com/products/pmpre/

I'm considering using it for a subscription site that has voting on photos and I'm looking for something to manage all of it.

I'm open to other solutions anyone may have.
