Date for new iMac 2009? possible specifications?

hi, I need a iMac, any idea of a date for new release, Mac World sucks, nothing new... possible specifications?

quad-core ????
6gb ram or 8gb
1tb
LED display
blu ray
better graphics of course...
21 inch screen size? 23 by default...
NEW DESIGN? I dont think so...

I NEED IT!!!! NOW!

Why the heck would they change the screen sizes to two unusable sizes?

Why a new design? What's wrong with this one? It's a year old.

Tallest_Skil told you the truth. No Blu-ray or big changes in design. Better CPUs and GPUs and DDR3 RAM. Same screen sizes and maybe new 28" (just a rumour). Just speed bumbs and also possibility of quad-core

The only problem I have with that is that it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. 28" is still 1920x1200; it's the same as 24". Any larger screen size would be 30" and 2650x1600.

Yea, I think it will not be released yet, maybe far in future. Too expensive, maybe more than Mac Pro so no buyers

yep, not even talking about crazy specs, that would be great to know when the refreshed iMacs come out...I also waited to buy it in January but now I wonder if it's worth waiting for...August or something. Any MacSpy in here that could give us a hint regarding a date for the new iMac?

Considering there are 21" LCDs that are pushing 1920x1080 and 23" LCDs (such as the Dell SP2309W) with 2048x1152, so a size change could be coming, but we'll see.

CPU, GPU, and DDR3 all on the nVidia chipset.
