Date & Time Erased {???}

I'm sure it's a case of the Fat Finger Syndrome?? Wife was using our our iPhone..lol.. Problem , when you Access the iPhone and the Welcome Page comes up the Date & Time feature is gone (erased) ?? How can I Correct that , Help Appreciated Cheers Thanks

The 1st Screen (Locked Screen) prior to the Screen that comes up with all your desired Apps...

Try restarting the phone. If that doesn’t work, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings (which will restore default settings). Any changes you made prior with setup preferences etc. will need to be redone after resetting all settings.
