So many critics. :)

Let's hear your top ten reasons instead. Or even one.

We could all use a good laugh, if you think you can deliver better.

Thanks!

So does that mean because we criticize the "un-funniness" of this list we have to be better at something those writers get paid for?

And that we can't have an opinion on what is funny and what is not in our minds?

Maybe it has something to do with taste or so, as there are many people out there who will find those lists funny nonetheless. Otherwise we wouldn't have so much "quality" reality television like Judge Survivor or Jerry Idol.

No, you do not have to be better than the writers, but I think it's not really valid to criticize based on just the text either. With video and the way something is spoken, it is probably funnier.

A famous comedy routine is the "Who's on First" dialogue (Abbot and Costello?). If you read it, I don't think you will find it funny. Yet it is famous presumably because the performers made it funny.

You're right, the presentation is important. But I saw enough of these lists, that I know that there is something missing, an oomph or some kind of chutzpah, so it is not funny for me. I don't force anyone to find it unfunny too.

No, it is funny. You have to see how the lists are presented. Especially the ATT dig.

I watch it now. If I can get to it, the stupid ads hinder me, but I have to say, the clorox one seems to be better than the last list I saw.

So, I saw that dreck. It is not funny for me. Betty White is funny. But not this schmuck.

And what was that horrible audience shot? When I was working in a TV studio and we barely had light to brighten the stage and even the audience we could get better lit audience shots than them. Even the Late Late Show has more light and no stupid band.

Okay, that was enough bickering about this stupid list from my side, on to more important virus posts or the toilet.

His lists aren't what they used to be. HIs pre-list banter is funnier than the actual lists these days.
