Crucial is saying DDR4 is compatible with Mac Pro 2013. Anyone who can verify?

Do they even fit in physically?
I believe it must be a mistake in their configurator.

Oh, I can see now, based on your other threads, that you might not be interested about physical connectivity only.

In the case that it doesn't fit because if it did fit it still wouldn't work then I'm not going to try and make it fit. Yeah so must be an error on Crucial's part. I guess I can contact them to correct it.
Must be some kind of mistake as DDR4 is not pin-compatible with DDR3. That RAM will work in an iMac Pro, but it will not work in a 2013 Mac Pro.
Thanks that makes sense.

Interesting. When I go check the memory compatibility on their web site for Mac Pro 2013, the results page has a different look and layout than your screen shot, plus it only shows DDR3.

I'm on desktop. Maybe their mobile website is broken.

I contacted them, they may have updated since then. But yeah the look and feel will be slightly different on windows, mac, ios, android, etc
