Woke up this morning and unplugged my ipad from the charging cable and noticed it didn't wake up like it should.. iPad is completely unresponsive.. black screen.. Held down the power button alone for 30 seconds, nothing - held down the Power + Down volume, nothing - held down the power + up volume, nothing. Held down power + down + up, nothing..

Guess my 2018 12.9 is completely toasted :/ It was a perfect unit too - I hate taking the gamble of exchanging it and possibly getting a worse/dead pixels, etc. unit now. Sigh.

Edit: Doing a quick volume up, then volume down, the holding power method worked and it's back up.

Strange, the battery is at 33%.. It was around 90% when I plugged it in.. seems like it drained itself while it was on the charger overnight.

When I first opened my iPad. It wouldn’t power on. It had a 100% battery life. I did a hard reset or reboot. Nothing lit up. So I thought maybe it was drained completely empty. I plugged it in and it powered right up like normally. Showing a 100 %. No powering on issues since.
