My Macbook is a little over 6 months old and this morning it woke up with a dead Airport. In system preferences, when I hit the connect button the next window that comes up says "Airport is currently off" and the status at the bottom of that window reads "No Airport Hardware Found." Also, the "Configure" button is grey'd out. It's like the thing is not even installed, but there are traces of it once being there. Everything's been working fine for 6 months, but now this.......Anybody else experienced this problem? Is there a fix for it (probably not, I know) or do I have to send this thing back to Apple? Thanks in advance.

Try dragging com.apple.airport.preferences.plist (Spotlight to find it) to your desktop and restarting, it's probably a hardware problem though. It may be worth calling Applecare and going through the problem with them, (don't bother if they want to charge you).
